How a delivery works
- 1
Bring your coffee. Deliver to the factory or call us to arrange collection for larger lots.
- 2
We check it with you. Moisture, ripeness and foreign matter are checked while you watch.
- 3
We weigh and agree the price. You see the scale and the day’s price before you accept.
- 4
You get paid. Cash or mobile money, with a receipt for every delivery.
For the best price
- Cherries: pick only red, ripe cherries and deliver the same day.
- Kiboko: dry on tarpaulins or raised beds, never on bare soil, until the cherries rattle.
- Storage: keep dry coffee in clean, breathable bags away from walls and the floor.
- Groups: farmer groups delivering bigger lots can ask us about collection.

Emmanuel Coffee Factory sits between the farmer and the buyer. We buy coffee in the form farmers grow it, as fresh cherries and sun-dried kiboko, then process, grade and sell it onward.
Our job is to make that exchange fair for both sides: open weighing, clear grades, quick payment for sellers, and dependable quality for buyers.
Fair weighing
Every sack is weighed in front of the seller.
Prompt payment
Sellers are paid when the coffee is accepted.
Honest grading
We explain the grade and what affected it.
